Five easy steps to your dream vacation!!
As your bespoke travel advisor, we are dedicated to crafting unique travel experiences that cater to your needs and preferences. We work through a structured process to achieve that.
1. Contact
Schedule a friendly chat with us to discuss your dream destination, preferences, budget, potential dates, and things you enjoy doing or have enjoyed in your past trips. With that information, we will get to work and draft an initial personalized travel plan.
2. Plan
We will arrange a call to present the draft itinerary, discuss all the exciting options, gather your feedback, and make any necessary adjustments. We will move to the next step only when you are completely satisfied with your itinerary.
3. Approve & Pay
Once we finalize the itinerary, we’ll discuss the booking terms, including payment, cancellation policies, and insurance. After you accept, we’ll collect your personal information to start the booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary with all essential information.
4. Pack & Travel
We will continue to follow up with you regarding your readiness for travel, including any packing lists, visa, and vaccination requirements, to ensure you are all set to depart. We will be on standby during your trip to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and safety.
5. Feedback & Follow-up
After your trip, we will check in to gather feedback and discuss your experience. This helps us to continuously improve our services and ensure that your future travels are even more exceptional.
Service Fees
Our fees reflect our personalized service and expertise. We typically charge a planning fee as a deposit, which covers the time we spend researching and curating the perfect travel itinerary for you.
The planning fee is due at the beginning of the planning process after the initial contact. It is a non-refundable deposit; however, it will be credited toward your booking when you make a confirmed reservation with us within 45 days.
$300 Base Fees (Covers up to 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years)
$100 Additional Adult
$50 Additional Child
