Schedule a friendly chat with me to talk about your dream destination, preferences, budget, potential dates, and activities you enjoy or have enjoyed in the past. With that information, we will get to work and draft an initial personalized travel plan.
I will arrange a call to present the draft itinerary, discuss all the exciting options, gather your feedback, and make any necessary adjustments. We will move to the next step only when you are completely satisfied with your itinerary.
Once we finalize the itinerary, we’ll discuss the booking terms, including payment, cancellation policies, and insurance. After you accept, I’ll collect your personal information to start the booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary with all essential information.
I will continue to follow up with you regarding your readiness for travel, including any packing lists, visa, and vaccination requirements, to ensure you are all set to depart. We will be on standby during your trip to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and safety.
After your trip, we will check in to gather feedback and discuss your experience. This helps me to continuously improve my services and ensure that your future travels are even more exceptional.
